Intrusion Alarms

Intrusion alarm installation and configuration for homes and business premises in Albania, including detectors, alarm panels and user controls.

BUILT AROUND YOUR SITE

An alarm should fit the way people arrive, work and leave.

A closed shop, an occupied home and a warehouse with several shifts need different arming routines. We plan intrusion detection around the areas to protect and the people using them, then define how an alarm is indicated and who receives it.

A SIMPLE SYSTEM VIEW

Main system roles, simplified. The layout and connections are planned for your site.

Detection with a clear purpose

Identify doors, windows, routes and areas in scope. Select detector types around the environment and everyday activity in each space.

An arming routine people understand

Agree who arms which areas, how they enter and leave, and what happens when different parts of the property remain occupied.

Alerts with an agreed next step

Define the recipients and supported notification routes. Receiving a message and arranging a response are separate responsibilities.

UNDERSTAND THE PARTS

How the system comes together.

Choose a part to understand its role. These are system roles, rather than an installation wiring plan.

Doors & detection areas

Selected detectors report activity or an opening in the areas defined by the brief. Their location must suit the space and its use.

Alarm panel

The panel handles configured detection areas and system status. Device support and available functions depend on the selected platform.

Users & arming

Authorised users follow the agreed arming routine. Separate areas or schedules are used only where the chosen system supports them.

Indication & notification

The agreed alarm devices and communication routes report an event. Any monitoring provider and response arrangement are confirmed separately.

Where are you starting?

Choose the situation closest to yours. The details help us plan the right next step.

Make opening and closing straightforward.

Define the last-person-out routine, authorised staff and access outside normal hours. The installation should match a working day, not just an empty floor plan.

  • Opening and closing responsibilities
  • Protected entrances and rooms
  • Alert recipients and contact changes

Consider occupied and unoccupied use.

Explain which areas remain in use when protection is needed. Include pets, outdoor exposure and the entry route when discussing detector choices.

  • Occupied areas and daily routines
  • Indoor and outdoor conditions
  • Who receives and reviews alerts

Review the whole detection arrangement.

Share shift patterns and existing panel and detector models. Retaining devices depends on their condition, compatibility and the functions still required.

  • Existing devices and cable condition
  • Shift and area boundaries
  • Communication and power arrangements

DECISIONS THAT SHAPE THE WORK

Settle the important questions early.

Wired, wireless or a combination?

Existing cabling, building access, supported devices and maintenance needs influence the choice. We assess the site rather than treating one connection method as automatically better.

What happens if a connection is lost?

Agree the supported communication and power arrangements, which functions remain available and how a fault is indicated. Test the scenarios included in the proposal.

Who deals with an alarm?

Name the recipients and their responsibilities. A phone notification is not a promise of attendance; any monitoring or response service needs an explicit agreement.

AN AGREED SCOPE

Know what you will receive.

  • A detection-area, panel and device schedule for the agreed scope.
  • Installation and configuration of the selected compatible equipment.
  • Checks of detection, arming, indication and agreed notification routes.
  • User instruction, account ownership and a record of tested functions.

The quotation confirms the equipment, work, exclusions and handover for your project.

Questions before you start.

Can an alarm work with CCTV?

Some platforms support specific connections between alarm events and video. Define the action you need, then check the exact equipment and test it together.

Can you reuse an existing alarm?

We can review the panel, detectors, wiring and required functions. A useful upgrade may retain suitable parts; compatibility and condition need checking before that is promised.

Is fire detection part of this system?

Fire detection is a separate project requirement. An intrusion product with an additional detector does not by itself establish the required fire alarm arrangement for a building.
