Installation & integration

Installation and integration of cabling, fibre, racks, IT infrastructure and electronic systems for premises in Tirana and across Albania.

CHOOSE THE WORK YOU NEED

Connect the parts into a system people can use.

A tidy installation starts before the first device is mounted. Routes, terminations, rack space and equipment positions need to fit the site and the agreed functions. We organise the physical work and the specified connections, then check the result against the way the system will be used.

Organised infrastructure

Install the agreed copper cabling, fibre connections, patching and rack equipment with a useful connection record.

Connected systems

Mount and connect the specified network and electronic-system equipment, checking the interfaces required by the project.

An understandable handover

Demonstrate the agreed functions and explain the labels, controls and records needed for everyday operation.

A CLEAR SEQUENCE

What happens from here.

Choose a step to see what it involves.

Prepare the work

Confirm the scope, delivered equipment, access, working areas and dependencies before installation begins.

Install and label

Complete the agreed routes, terminations, mounting and rack connections, recording the information needed to identify them later.

Connect and configure

Connect the systems and perform the agreed configuration or interface work using the selected equipment.

Check and explain

Demonstrate the required tasks, record unresolved items and show the responsible people how the installed system is used.

Where are you starting?

Choose the situation closest to yours. The details help us plan the right next step.

Coordinate the infrastructure and devices

Agree routes and equipment locations alongside the other work in the building. Confirm who prepares the spaces and connections the technical installation relies on.

  • Approved locations and cable routes
  • Equipment delivery and storage arrangements
  • Responsibilities of other contractors

Replace without losing the bigger picture

Identify what stays, what changes and the interruptions needed to connect it. Plan a working area or representative section before repeating the change elsewhere.

  • Retained equipment and configuration records
  • Working windows and affected users
  • Checks before each area returns to use

Prove the actions that cross systems

Name the required action at each interface. Test the actual products together instead of assuming that shared cabling or a common brand makes every function available.

  • Exact models and software versions
  • Required actions and interface documents
  • Test method and support responsibility

DECISIONS THAT SHAPE THE WORK

Settle the important questions early.

Which physical work is included?

Review cable routes, terminations, mounting, patching and rack accessories explicitly. Identify separate building or electrical work and who completes it before the technical installation.

How will the installation be accepted?

Agree the connection checks and functional tasks in advance. A completed equipment list should be accompanied by the checks appropriate to the supplied work.

What happens if equipment changes?

Review substitutes against the required functions and interfaces before installation. Record changes to the agreed equipment or scope so the handover describes what was actually fitted.

AN AGREED SCOPE

Know what you will receive.

  • The agreed cabling, terminations, mounting and rack work.
  • Connections and configuration for the specified equipment and interfaces.
  • Recorded connection checks and agreed functional demonstrations.
  • Labels, relevant equipment records and practical operating guidance.

Questions before you start.

Can you install equipment we already own?

We can review it against the requirement. Provide full model references, accessories and any available configuration information so suitability and missing items can be checked.

Does integration mean one application for everything?

Not necessarily. Systems may retain separate applications while exchanging a defined signal or event. The proposal should state the actual function and how it will be operated.

Is ongoing maintenance included?

Only where the agreed scope includes it. Installation, fault investigation, replacement parts and recurring maintenance should be identified clearly rather than assumed to be the same service.

Continue with the connected work.

LET’S MAKE THE NEXT STEP CLEAR

Plan an installation

Send the layout and equipment list, or explain what needs connecting.
